It doesn't matter who you are,
whether your family is dead, alive,
missing or has rejected you.
You now are a member of God's family
of believers and you have
brothers and sisters of faith.
Be kind to yourself
as you begin your journey
You
would not expect to learn to speak
a new language in a week,
so let the Holy Spirit that now
lives in you guide your actions,
thoughts and decisions day by day.
God is not a myth nor a cosmic force
nor mother earth.
God's love for you is personal.
God demonstrated his love for
us
in that while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
I know the plans that I have for you,
says the Lord. Plans for good and
not for evil. Plans to give you a
future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11
